How quickly are VMs deployed?

VMs are deployed instantly, typically in under one minute. Once you configure and confirm your VM, it will be ready to use almost immediately.

What operating systems are available?

We offer Linux templates including Ubuntu, Debian, CentOS, AlmaLinux, and Rocky Linux. All templates are regularly updated and optimized for our platform.

How does billing work?

We offer two billing models: Pay-As-You-Go (hourly billing for resources used) and Fixed Packages (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual payments with discounts up to 30%). All prices are in EUR and exclude VAT.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through our payment providers.

How do I get the €10 bonus credit?

Every new customer receives €10 bonus credit when they make their first deposit of at least €1. The bonus credit never expires and can be used for any service.

What is your SLA guarantee?

We guarantee 99.9% infrastructure uptime. If we don't meet this SLA (excluding force majeure), you can request credits through our ticketing system. Credits are calculated based on the affected VM's monthly cost.

Are backups included?

You are responsible for your own backups. The platform provides snapshots and volume backups that you can create and manage. Storage for snapshots and volumes is charged at €0.10/GB/month.
