This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") establishes the rules and guidelines for using cloud services provided by CLOUD FOREST INFRASTRUCTURE S.R.L. ("ROnode", "we", "our"). By using our services, you agree to comply with this policy in its entirety.

2. Prohibited Uses

The use of our services for the following activities is strictly prohibited:

2.1 Illegal Activities

• Any activity that violates the laws of Romania, European Union, or the jurisdiction where you are located
• Fraud, money laundering, or other illegal financial activities
• Distribution of copyrighted materials without authorization
• Activities that promote or facilitate terrorism

2.2 Harmful Content

• Child pornography or any material that exploits minors
• Content that promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination
• Materials that infringe third-party intellectual property rights
• Distribution of malware, viruses, trojans, or other harmful software

2.3 Abusive Network Activities

• Spamming in any form (email, forums, comments, etc.)
• DDoS attacks or other forms of cyber attacks
• Unauthorized port scanning or vulnerability scanning
• Operating open email relay servers
• Cryptocurrency mining without explicit prior approval

2.4 Excessive Resource Usage

• Usage that negatively affects performance for other users
• Exceeding resource limits allocated to your account
• Activities that cause disproportionate load on infrastructure

3. Security and Compliance

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of their accounts and systems
• Promptly updating software to address vulnerabilities
• Implementing appropriate security measures for stored data
• Complying with GDPR and other applicable data protection regulations

4. Monitoring and Enforcement

ROnode reserves the right to:

• Monitor service usage to ensure compliance
• Investigate complaints regarding abusive usage
• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy
• Cooperate with authorities in legal investigations

5. Reporting Abuse

If you observe activities that violate this policy, please report immediately to:

• Include as many details as possible about the incident
• Provide evidence (logs, screenshots, etc.) if available

6. Limitation of Liability

ROnode assumes no responsibility for the content or activities of its users. Each user is fully responsible for how they use our services and for compliance with all applicable laws.

7. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of services after notification constitutes acceptance of new terms.
